Every plan comes with a monthly pool of credits. Everything that costs money to run, such as writing an article, a search-data lookup or an AI answer check, spends from that one pool. There are no separate allowances to track.

Forage, Dig and Burrow can also be paid yearly, which comes to about two months free: €190, €1,188 and €2,990 a year.
You are charged from the first day and can cancel anytime. Change plans in Settings, under Billing.

Autopilot drafts cost the same as an article you start yourself. Asking for changes on a draft rewrites it, which costs one article.
Every button that spends shows its price before you press it. A lookup that makes two calls, such as a domain lookup, is only charged for the calls that return data.
When the pool runs out
Actions that spend stop, and say so, with a Top up button next to the message. Reading what is already there stays free.

The monthly pool is spent first and resets at the start of each month. Unused top-up credits carry over from month to month and never expire.
Seeing where credits went
Settings, under Billing, shows a chart of what was spent this month and a list of recent charges. AI assistants connected over MCP spend from the same pool. The Agent access card shows what each token has used. See Use pangoling from your AI assistant.
